Closed-Loop Cooling Systems & Pumping Stations
Aircel Industrial Closed-Loop Fluid Cooling System (model FS50 - FS3000) is the most cost-effective cooling system available for virtually any fluid with capacity ranges from 3,000 - 120,000 scfm Horizontal and Vertical airflow direction available which is not how the unit is oriented. Using ambient air to remove heat from the coolant, it efficiently cools fluids to 15-20°F of the ambient temperature. Lower temperatures can be achieved when used in conjunction with city water. The Aircel Pumping Station is offered in two series: Simplex (SPS - single pump) or Duplex (TPS - twin pumps), which are pre-piped and mounted on a single skid with all the controls. Both pumping systems provide fully-automatic operation for applications with 23 to 800 gpm and require head pressure of 10-150 feet.
